Rooms To Go Express

"Called the Leesburg store to place an order. I was connected to sales agent named Tammy. I told her exactly what I wanted. I needed 2 twin beds. She couldn't find them right away. I asked for her to advise on the mattress set up recommended for these beds. She did not know!! I told her what I had done for all the other beds I got from RTG. She said to get a bunkie board & mattress. I asked her for the dimensions of he mattress (14 inches on one's I have) She told me she couldn't give me the height of the mattress because it didn't tell her. She put everything in a cart & emailed it to me. The beds were correct. There were no bunkie boards or mattresses. Only a $247 charge that was for sheets. I called back & she couldn't answer why that charge was on there. She said she made a mistake & didn't put in quality of 2. She said she would correct it & email it to me. I asked her to be sure to add two box springs & mattresses as it said in the bed dimensions. I never got that email & when I called back she said they closed at 5:00 so she would not be able to finish this until Friday ( her next time in). She told me she was there until 9:00pm. I told her that & she said would fix it & for me to review it & call her back. Who is the customer here???? I called customer care & they said there was no order in the computer. I didn't call back. I made an appt with City Furniture. Very sad day!!"

"I love my furniture and probably would have given it 5 stars. But I paid for the chest of drawers with my bedroom and dining room set 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for it. Not happy with the wait."

"If you're planning to purchase furniture, you must check out Rooms To Go. We visited the RTG Express store in Leesburg FL. Maurice helped us, answered follow-up call questions, and offered useful advice. The recliner chair and reclining loveseat that we purchased are truly nicer than any sofa/loveseat I have owned. They're stylish, comfortable, and look to be very durable and hold their shape for a long time. The store display model looks new. Delivery of our furniture was also very efficient. We'll be returning soon to look at other furniture."

"Had purchased furniture in Ocala stone just over a year ago, called them to see about additional matching pieces, they said it was discontinued. Went to Leesburg to start looking, Perry, he’s great, looked up our order and said the SKU number had changed, but they could get exactly what we wanted. Sent an email link so we could go back home, measure, and order off the link. Thanks Perry for doing a great job!!!"

"Working with Erwin at rooms to go express Leesburg was such a pleasure. We purchased the first half of our home furnishings at rooms to go Clermont and our sales associate was Melinda. These people will literally bend over backwards to get the furniture to you as soon as possible saving you money on separate deliveries. Ann is the office manager at the Leesburg store and she is fantastic also. We actually thought we could put our home together through the resale stores and that is just a complete fail. There’s no way to coordinate end tables and other furnishings to look the same through a resale store I am a painter and would be able to refinish any and all furniture and that is not even going to work in this case.Buying new through rooms to go is the best way to go in the Leesburg area."
