"I understand that the store is run by volunteers but when the opening hours say 10am someone should be there. I showed up to drop off a truck load of merchandise at 10:15 am and no one was there. This is the second time I’ve dropped nice things off to the Goodwill down the street because the volunteers didn’t show at their scheduled time."
