He answered questions as I had them . He didn’t pressure me Either way. He didn’t try to hold me hostage when I said I’m gonna think about it but I’ll be back, he was genuinely happy when I did come back and purchase the piece that I was contemplating. "Good management and sales team were good to work with. Designed the table, chairs and buffet in the store. Made in Canada, or USA, from Birch wood (Canadel brand). The first delivery team missed delivering the buffet. It had to go back to Canada for inspection and was then delivered."

The saleslady, Carol, was friendly, and informative. She had the right balance of giving us space to talk and explore, but to be easily available when we had more questions to ask. An excellent salesperson! Completing the sale was fast and efficient. Our whole time there was a great shopping experience. Next time we will go first to Family Furniture Galleries before we go anywhere else. And to think my husband hadn’t wanted to go there because it is a little farther away from us!"

The delivery guys were professional and courteous. They even draped the doorway with blankets to ensure that the leather would not get scratched.
