"Literally, the most overpriced store I’ve ever been to my life. The website navigation is Darn near impossible (Good luck finding a replacement filter/cartridge online). Gormans in Lutz is a much better pool wholesale provider. Liquid chlorine is almost half the price, and empty jug is only seven dollars as opposed to $16 etc."

Dylan in particular is very knowledgeable and has done a great job making sure our levels are where they need to be - not just with chemicals but with the actual pool settings. "This location has been super helpful for us with our saltwater pool. We struggled for many many months with a new pool guy after our old one retired and pinch a penny, especially Dylan, really helped us turn our pool around and saved us a bunch of money as we were easily able to takeover the pool duties ourselves. They have everything that you'd need and the knowledge to help someone like me figure it out easily."
"Our paid pool guy kept messing up our pool. We have a salt water pool but it kept turning green. I was really nervous to get rid of the pool guy and do all of the maintenance myself. The staff at the pinch a Penny, off Bruce B Downs, has been more than amazing. Especially Dylan. Each week I go in there to get my water sample tested and he lets me know exactly how much to add. He even converts it to cups to make it easier for me. He's always fast to test the water, very informative to explain the situation, why I need certain chemicals, and always offers to help me bring the heavy chemicals to my car. I am so glad I got rid of our hired help and have taken it over myself. Not only did it save us money in the long run but our pool is always beautiful now. We haven't had a single problem since getting rid of our hired help. Huge thanks to Pinch a Penny, especially Dylan."
