"I usually like this store, but I'm giving this one experience 1 star because whoever is working there today is obviously lazy and doesn't care about losing a sale. My friend went there to get me Suzy Q's, which I wanted since yesterday. And they had them. In the back. And refused to get them. There was another employee in the store, mopping the floors, who could have gotten them, and my friend even asked him and he said he was sorry, but they wouldn't let him go back there. She said the cashier told her it was 'too close to closing time.' It was between 6:00 and 6:30. The store closes at 8. This is pure laziness."
"First off, I reviewed another family dollar in my city who did not want to return my unopened product. They stated it was because it was seasonal, even though nothing seasonal was on sale or clearance. Came into this store showed employee product and receipt, exchanged for products. Not one problem... for this reason I am grateful to know I wasnt misjudging my last review. Now the store was very clean, great selection, friendly and attentive staff."
