"Stock was extremely limited, isles with large gaps, and no one knows what is going on. They are very dismissive of customers and even said they had to go on break while at the register and walked away while talking to another person who wanted balloons. It gives the appearance that they are going out of business…"
"My boss sent me into this business to pick up items today,. I found what I was looking for and went to the checkout line, and there was a few people ahead of me. There was one guy checking people out and 4 others were just standing behind the counter doing absolutely nothing. One employee was just walking aimlessly around the store, not sure what she was doing? The woman in front of me had a cart full of stuff ( over $200), stood in line for a very long time, probably over 20 minutes while everyone just stood around. This happened today about 1130, I am sure if you check your camera footage, you can see how pathetic your customer service is! If I wanted poor customer service I could have went to Wal-Mart, and saved money as well!"
"The prices were okay, and I loved the clearly labeled aisles. They had many themes to choose from, which was nice."
"They need to go through the candy and toss out all the hard old ones that's for sure! Most of the items here can be found for a 1/4 of the price at Dollar Tree in the same vicinity."
"We went to the party shop to look for a couple costumes for our kids. They have so many different costumes for kids and adults. The party shop is the place to go if you are throwing a party, or a birthday party. We just love to go there to see how much stuff they have to choose from"
