"I used to be a regular. I used to drop over $125 for every visit...$65 w/o tip just for the deluxe pedicure. I even brought my family there. Do you think this establishment appreciates loyal and regular customers? NO THEY DON'T! I was there today and CHUCK unceremoniously began to raise his voice and speak and treat me very rudely. Why? Because I asked if he got the split in my thumb nails. When I asked why he was being mean to me, he said, because you're always asking for something. Isn't that interesting? I come in for a service on a regular basis and you have a problem with my asking for excellence? Here's what's worse...I said, if you don't want me to come you could just say that...well he said it. I don't want you to come back. At that point, I just decided to leave offering to pay for the partial work he started. The only right thing he did that day was not charge me. But it really has me very sad. Why would I be treated so poorly just ensuring that the service provided is one that makes me happy. My ex believes it is because I'm a black woman and that all Asian people treat Black people this way. I don't believe that! What I do believe is that CHUCK has NO respect for customers who dare to ask for what they want and that CHUCK lacks a professional demeanor. I will close with, Rosie, is amazing. So if you must go, use Rosie. If she didn't like me, I never knew it. She treated me with the greatest of respect and never made me feel bad for asking for what I wanted."

"Auch. It’s probably the worst experience I’ve had at a salon. Su was the name of the person who did my manicure and she hurt my finger really bad. Didn’t even apologize. I was trying to find a color and kept asking for options and she was not happy about me taking my time to decide… ñ the nails came out uneven and the polish color did not match the sample but I was already so uncomfortable that I didn’t want her to be more mad and make the situation worst"

"Really wanted to love this place but I didn't. The place is absolutely beautiful and my tech was nice. I was offered water or wine. I was offered colors to pick and wound up choosing a lime green and a lime green glitter gel polish. When they did the pedicure I immediately noticed the color was not the same as on the demo nail. They explained that they had to use a white base so that the polish wasn't as transparent. This made the color more of a butter yellow than a green. It was disappointing with how it turned out. I did express to my tech that I didn't really like the color and he said it would look different when it started to glow in the dark and I would like it more. I have the worst social anxiety and I hate complaining or feeling like I'm upsetting someone so I let it go. So I go to get my gel manicure and the color looks terrible on my nails. The green is streaky in places, the white is peeking through and the nail shapes are different. When he was done the was a lot of extra polish around the nail that I went back and asked him to clean up. He cleaned up a bit and then the manger came back and fixed it a bit more. The nails themselves are still kind of thick in places and streaky. I did express that I did t like the way they turned out. I'm not sure they were listening and ignored me. I spent $90 on my services and I am honestly probably going to have to get the polish removed and get a new manicure because I hate it that much. It also important to mention that my nail tech had very shaky unsteady hands and I think that was part of the problem with how the polish came out. He was extremely pleasant though and I feel terrible that I don't like the nails. Attached pictures to try and show some of the issues but they hard to catch on camera."
