"Very bizarre to go into a nail salon and leave with a crooked big toe and completely different shaped nails when I came in with square nails. Nail techs have become too comfortable doing sloppy jobs. I’m just in shock how someone could shape a big toe completely crooked and find it normal to let a client walk out like that. She made the big toe so short down to the skin that it looks abnormal and crooked. Very unhappy for the holidays"
