"I went today to get a balayage and unfortunately left with really bad highlights. Not only that, but the owner Ale Jr still charged me $480 (balayage price) even though once again, what I got was not balayage but highlights and he was unwilling to change the price. I don’t like to leave these kind of reviews but I have tried to speak to them personally and have been ignored. He ruined my virgin hair and charged me 2x what he should have for this disaster and did not feel bad about it. I’ve included photos of what I asked for and what I left with. Again I regret having to leave this review but I hope it helps others or gets him to consider refunding me at least the $280 he overcharged me."

"Always a great experience. Ale Jr and his staff are amazing all around. Ive been going to him for more than 2 years and have never loved my hair more. I have curly hair and he cuts it in a way that it has style and volume when I choose to blow dry and curls just the right way when I choose to air dry. His highlights are always "just right" subtle enough to look natural but also noticeable in the right way. Luz at the front desk will always greet you with a smile! Great place to get pampered in Weston."
