"I’m genuinely really upset and disappointed. I got my haircut here a couple years ago and it looked good so i decided to come back. Worst mistake I made. I asked for layers in the back of my hair and I got a literal shag in the front with not a single layer in the back. My hair looks thin and dead now when it wasn’t. The front layers are extremely uneven. I also only asked for like half an inch off the length of my hair and they cut off like 3 inches. Not even similar to the reference photo i showed them. I essentially paid $50 to look horrible and have my hair ruined that took years to grow out."

"I went last Saturday for a haircut and Alejandro as always gives me a very nice style. I love his technique and his energy. Sometimes, I show photos to him and He gets what I have in mind. Alejandro does a wonderful work of art with my hair. Also I have had facials with Ana Sofia and I have never felt more pampered. She does an amazing job, my skin glows after si have a visit with her. She takes her time and explain in detail the procedures and products that she uses."
