The Flower Basket Florist

"I had an issue with another florist in Crestview. They were NOT as "Friendly" as their name. Huge mistake for having them be my "plan A". YUGE. Totally unprofessional and completely dropped the ball. So now it's 4th and long with mere seconds left on the clock. In desperation I called The Flower Basket and explained that I regretted my decision and asked if they could assist me and be my "plan B". Becky was pure awesomeness, handled everything for me, AND made sure that my flowers arrived ON TIME. They will henceforth be my "Plan A"."

My sunflower arrangement that I received a week ago (my second from them) still looks as fresh as it did on day one (the first photo you see is a week old arrangement). "I worked with The Flower Basket Florist to deliver flowers in the Crestview area. They were super helpful, delivering customer service that was above and beyond in order to track down the recipient. I found the shop on Google Maps. After submitting the order, I called in to provide my contact number in case there were any issues. The shop had run out of first choice flowers because of Mother’s Day. So we decided to do the delivery once fresh flowers were replenished. Calling in after placing the order was a great idea. I received a photo of the flowers. They’re absolutely beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for making this extra special."
