"After many months of searching for the ideal patio furniture, I happened upon Outdoor Patio Emporium one Sunday afternoon. As my husband and I and our daughter perused the store, we were greeted warmly by a young woman, who we would later learn was named Tiffany and was in fact the store manager. Tiffany took the time to explain in intricate detail all of the features of each one of the pieces we were interested in. She also showed us multiple color options that we could configure our furniture around. At no point in time, did she make us feel rushed or pressed to make the sale. I spent the next week or so talking with Tiffany about different configurations for my pool deck. When I felt at an impasse about what to do with my pool deck, Tiffany kindly offered to visit my home to better understand my pool space. She brought along one of her top designers to help me better envision the spaces. I was so impressed by the attention to detail and the prices for what is extreme high end furniture. We wound up placing the order shortly thereafter. Tiffany constantly kept me updated on my order and was meticulous with details when the day of delivery came about. I would say that my experience with Tiffany and Outdoor Patio Emporium is easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had from start to finish."
