"Not only are they unprofessional but expensive for no reason, and the work that's being done isn't of value. The acrylic is thicker than a snicker bar when frozen. Actually you're completely right. I would never want to be a customer, but my girl surely was and I came out of pocket for ONE color for feet and hands, with short regular nails. No coffin no stelleto none of that. So where is the value in that? $120 for one certain color and couldn't even do the simple design requested. Sorry but never will waste my time or money. Or send anyone there. I rather wait 45 min to 6 hours before I sit or send my wife to your shop again. Good riddance. Your response is like no other owner. It comes off as rude and snobby. You need to fix what is within before fixing what is on the outside. Your choices of words are not very pleasing, welcoming or respectful."
