"Unfortunately my family member is sick and needs medicine but we had to go to a competitor because it’s 10:28 PM and it says CVS closes at 11 PM - but we showed up and the lights are off. That being said, I may take my business to CVS’ competitor as a result and as a longtime fan of CVS I hate to do this."

"I had to wait a little while to get my medication but I’m thankful staff was able to get it done. The pharmacy staff looked very busy but the pharmacist answered my questions during pick up. He was courteous and provided helpful information. He speaks English and Spanish."

"It’s sad I have to give this store a lower review because the CVS itself is great and has helpful employees. THE PHARMACY is another story. I don’t want to rant with details, but the pharmacist I dealt with was awful. I even tried having my doctor call to talk to her and she ignored the pharmacy phone 3 times. My doctor even said it was inefficient and unprofessional. I understand that companies are challenged with low staff and long hours right now, but there’s no need to be rude to customers."
