"Artistic pools built us a beautiful pool. The staff in the office was always very kind. However, we were left with a travertine deck that looks pretty rough and I don’t feel the same knowledge/care is put into the decking as the pool. We spent a ton and to be left with a deck that looks the way it does is very disappointing. Rather than fixing it and making it right, we were told we could fix it. Having a deck and pool is part of the entire project and I just wish they would have made sure it came out correctly. Other companies knew more prep was needed when certain travertine was to be laid to avoid the issue we have now. I would suggest to have them do the pool as they did a great and fast job there but possibly use another company for the decking."

"We reached out to a number of different pool companies and ultimately decided on Artistic. We were first time buyers in Florida, knew we wanted a new pool at the house we just bought, but pretty much a blank slate after that. Will (sales and design) was a pleasure to work with and really was one of the reasons that helped make our decision. He had great ideas, gave us options, was responsive, detailed; I can't say enough. The idea of building a pool, while still being permanent residents in NY was a bit overwhelming and scary. But I must say the whole experience was nothing but positive from the day we signed the contract to when the pool was finished. We signed in January '22, excavation began in May, and it was finished in December. It sounds like a lot but this was during a time when pools were taking well over a year to finish. We came down often enough to see the work, but if we had any questions we just called the office and that day we would have a call back. Joel was on top of the job and very responsive; when he knew we were in town he always made an effort to meet with us to answer any question. We are very happy with the job (pool, deck, cage) and would highly recommend Artistic."

"I love my new pool and spa! I heard about Artistic Pools from a co-worker when I told her I was thinking about getting a pool and she had nothing but praises for this company. During consulting William won me over by saving me money in the long run with choices I wanted to make by redirecting me to better options, and by being fair and honest with me. Joe and Carmen were a treat to work with and I always got my questions answered. This is a professional team and they are hard working and pay attention to detail. I highly recommend this company as well. Pool construction is a big job and you want it done right, not by shady people who promise a great deal. My construction started in April, after another co-worker who went with someone else, and she’s still got a huge hole in the ground. In the end I got everything I wanted and I’m extremely happy."

"We found Artistic Pools from a friend of ours who spoke highly about Joe and his team. We signed back in March and they did not delay with getting started. Even with all of the building/equipment shortages Joe still finished our pool in 4-5 months. There was never a time that I had to email him to ask where we were in the process he and his team kept us informed through regular phone calls and update emails along the way. We spent a very long time researching companies and interviewing several different builders and when I tell you you get what you pay for it rings true. This company doesn’t just finish your pool, but they will take care of you after! Building anything during a pandemic and shortages is not for that faint of heart and this company made it look easy.
