"While I enjoy shopping here, I rarely buy. Why? I'm glad you asked. First, the incessant high-pressure pitch to join their club and/or magazine subscriptions is irritating. Second. We'll over a year ago I asked the manager for help in finding a book the clerk didn't know where to look. The manager said he was too busy and walked away. Maybe he was, but he should have found someone to do it."
