"This place used to be great 2.5 years ago… , the quality has dropped, never any napkins or plates when purchasing food, soda machines have mold, coming out of them . Bathroom is horrible, The manager (Oscar needs better management skills and maybe some customer service skills.) I watched Oscar several times, prepare the hotfood in the morning, such as pizza or any hot foods without gloves on. I’ve mentioned it to him before. All other employees wear gloves. He continues to prepare the foods without proper ppe. Deals with customers at registers and then back to the food no washing of the hands in between. Someone higher up needs to get involved before this place gets shut down"
"Rude gumpy old man at cashier. Need to find a friendly staff. Old expire candy every where ,probably don't check expiration date. No syrup at Dr pepper fountain drink probably lazy to change syrup box. This circle k need a remodel. Also"
"I'm a cyclist who comes to this location quite often for food and drinks. Today, I wanted to bring my $8000 bicycle inside the store and leave it leaning against the part of the wall facing the entrance. Oscar started screaming: "Bikes outside." I said: "I'm just getting some water and don't want to leave my expensive bike outside. He screamed: "If you don't leave your bike outside, I won't sell you anything." I know he is an hourly employee, but someone in management should take the time to teach him about customer service skills. Because of him, you lost a very good customer. By the way, he was listening to his Spanish radio on his phone when customers were in the store. I'm sure that goes against company policy."
"Apparently the price on shelves is an approximate price you will be charged .Attendant refused to change the price he charged my card, to the posted price after seeing proof the price posted with item was $1.00 less . The attendant states you cant expect managers to change all the prices when they go up , Since when, and since when is it ok to charge the customer a hidden price ( in the cpu) different then the one posted with product , I say don't increase price in CPU until you change the price on the shelf , then the customer would not be deceived. They could charge $1 , $2 , $3, and more and more , where does that policy stop and when is that not deception ."
