"I just went into my local store to ask about a particular type of eyeshadow. The woman literally curled her nose up at me And said I don't know. I've only been here a year and a 1/2. It wasn't just what she said. It was how she said it. She was so nasty and it really upset me. So on the way out I asked to talk to a manager, and it turns out she was the manager. Isn't that a great example of customer service?"

"You’re better off going to any other location or shop online unless you enjoy the welcoming snarky looks trying to intimidate you as soon as you step foot into the store. If you dare not dress up or wear makeup it’s a crime and a total guarantee. Don’t get me started on the return process. You will continually get asked if you opened the item even if it’s clearly unopened in the original packaging regardless if you recently purchased it and provided the proof of receipt. The staff will open the item and meticulously inspect it only to confirm it wasn’t used. Basically the staff will attempt to humiliate you in every single way in front of other customers. Not sure about you, but that’s not a shopping experience anyone should have."
"I took my daughter to see Crystal at the Benefit Eyebrow bar and she was wonderful and so patient with my daughter. It was a great experience and I will definitely be bringing her back."
