"Abby A should be promoted to lead makeup artist / consultant because she is amazing and really sweet . I had been at the store earlier and one of the beauty consultants color matched me but as the day went by I was not happy with the color or the formula as it was too orangey looking and oily. I went back to the store and the consultants were all gone home for the day . I was really disappointed as I had paid over 50 dollars for a foundation ! But Abby went above and beyond to do everything she could to find the perfect shade and I am 100 satisfied with the results ! She could have processed my refund and on to the next customer but instead she exercised great customer service and I ended up buying more products she recommended - a concealer and a lipstick ! Now that’s a successful sales consultant ! I hope that management reads this and recognizes her effort and talents as she is an asset to Ulta . When I need makeup again I’m going to look for her to help me next time . I recommend if you bed help and bed someone that cares and is patience ask for Abby A ."

"Yesterday was my first time coming to the one located in Parish since it’s closer to my house. Upon walking in, Tabitha greeted me with a gorgeous smile and was ready to help me by asking me some question. I needed help with makeup products. Tabitha helped me find the right foundation for my skin tone. Unfortunately Tabitha as a manager had another duty to do and pass me to Myranda to continue with me. Myranda was super sweet and she helped me find a great concealer, setting power, bronzer, primer. Myranda took time to listen to what I was looking for and then proceeded with some suggestions and told me the reasons she recommended some items. I was given the opportunity to experience how the products feel on my skin before purchasing them. You both ladies, Tabitha and Myranda, gave me yesterday the best shopping experience ever. But what stands out most is the staff. They're friendly and know their stuff. My wife and her mom felt like they were genuinely being looked after. Whether it was product advice or just general help, the team was on point. For anyone around Parrish or even a bit farther out, swing by this Ulta. It's worth the visit.
