"It was the worst experience I have ever had. I didn't realize how vulnerable you are when someone else is standing over you holding instruments that can remove years of attachment. To start the haircut by removing a large chunk of my hair and then telling me that you are unable to give me the haircut I have asked for, I immediately felt fear as the process has been started and I would've declined having known you were not comfortable giving me the haircut I requested. I was told that I would have to remove a section of hair in order for it to be even due to the last person cutting my hair uneven, I've only received haircuts at this location since moving here. There is now an inch difference in the right side of my hair to the left. I am incredibly upset and will never return to a Fantastic Sams again."
"Kim is a master at her talent! She was able to do a perfect haircut on my crying and wiggly 13 month old. She was so patient. A true angel. Everyone at the salon was very welcoming and created a lovely environment for us. Thanks Kim and all the staff!"
"Cut my hair last monday by Ruth. She destroyed my hair. Left it so short and with long pieces. Honestly I dont even know she did cut it this bad. On sunday I went back to get a refund. Rith was there, and admitted that my haircut was not properly done. Today, (Tuesday) I have been trying to call and contact the manager Melissa, but the receptionist claim she is so busy. I have been trying to be nice and calm, I just want my money back. I had to go to another salon to fix what Ruth destroyed. It will take longer than a year for my hair to grow back. And this point, since no one is taking my phone call, I might just have to open a dispute with my card. So sad!"
"Absolutely heartbroken by the state of my hair. I asked for long layers and received layers that are inches a part and don’t blend together whatsoever. Absolutely awful."
"We just moved to the area so I was hesitant but needed to get my hair retouched. I got full highlights and toner. I was extremely happy with the job Kim had done and would not only Recommend her I definitely plan on returning. My boys also got haircuts (by someone else) and she did amazing."
