"I hate writing a review before ever trying this salon, but hear me out. I have tried to contact this salon on 3 separate occasions using 3 separate platforms (phone - no answer when I called 3+ times and no return calls to my messages. email - back and forth conversation offering me dates and then ghosting me. instagram - same experience as email). Each time, I was responded to days/weeks later or left hanging mid-conversation, if I even got a response at all. If it's this hard to get a response in the first place, I'm not especially hopeful about my experience in the salon. As someone who managed a small business for 10 years, I know how tough it can be to keep track of communication. But after 3+ failed attempts on their part, I'll continue driving to St. Pete to get a professional experience - before, during, and after the actual appointment."

"Kateyln cut my hair and she did FANTASTIC!!! I never leave reviews or go to new hair cut places (victim of a bad hair cut years ago somewhere else) but since I don’t have a chance to go to my usual salon back home I took a chance and am so happy with the outcome.
