"The owner doesn't connect with the needs of her client. She was very rough when doing my nails, even though I'm a senior and I told her that the treatment was hurting a lot. This was when taking the nails off. She was oblivious and did not respond never apologized. I have gave this place fair chances, more than 5 opportunities and didn't improve but worsened. Poor people skills."

"This really is a hidden gem amongst a plethora of nail salons. I'm reluctant to share for losing all that makes this a great nail salon such as no waits, great nail work and prices! There are tons of other better looking nail salons with a huge varieties in services but NONE with better service and prices than this place. You won't get a deluxe pedi here but you will get a really good one. You won't find a fancy nail salon in the least but you will find quality and very nice owners."

"I stopped in Friday afternoon to get a gel mani and regular pedi. There was only a short wait before I got a chair. My manicure came out nice. I told my pedicurist that I had arthritis in my feet so they can be sensitive. He was very gentle and made the experience pleasant (sometimes it can be excruciating). My only complaint is the price. The price for a gel mani and regular pedi was $50, which is about $13 more than in NY."

"I've been in this area before the boom LOL. I've always depending on Rosys for quick, fast, good service. I am not a person that wears nails often only on special occasions, they fit the bill. Never had them talking about me, always professional. I've never had a problem. When I lived closer on the other side of BigBend used to let them do my eyebrow waxes. So many new places poppin up with newer and better this and they cant even paint nails. I literally went to this other place before and I had to go home and touch up myself. Never again. Rosys is a staple for me and I will continue to drop in on special occasions. In terms of designs there was a guy that used to do them, hes really good, unsure of anyone else. Side note as a medical professional I have watched through the years how they always take time with the elderly clients, and I have a great deal of respect and appreciate that❤❤❤ White acrylic overlay pictured here. "Will only have a few people in at one time. Mary is very gentle and quick. I have gel polish done everytime, I am so very happy. I will be back. Make a appointment, you won't be sorry."
