"Anita did the worst job on my wife’s hair, she was not friendly at all, did not try to understand what my wife wanted done and my wife even brought in a photo of what she wanted sone. My wife’s hair was super dry after being treated and she communicated this to Anita. My wife had the front of her hair highlighted and the color was way off and it had to be redone. Anita made excuses and moved my wife to another chair and ignored her and started on another client making my wife sit without being done. Anita ripped off my wife’s cape, stopped blowing drying her hair and said I am done with you and demanded my wife pay and said you will pay what you owe me loudly for other customers to hear. It was completely unprofessional. I do not recommend anyone go to this salon where customers are treated this way. On the way out, Anita said she will never take anyone from the Internet again. Personally, I don’t think anyone should ever go see Anita again, she’s horrible. I would have given zero stars but it was not an option."
