To ensure that you receive the full benefits of your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early. This will allow you time to complete any necessary paperwork, use the facilities, and prepare for your session. Please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, as we cannot extend sessions due to scheduling constraints.

"Booked an appointment for my pregnant wife's birthday weeks in advanced. I confirmed the appointment information with the woman over the phone multiple times and gave my credit card information as required. When my wife arrived she was told that they did not have an appointment for her (though they still had my credit card number on file) and that there was nothing they could do. This massage was a big part of my wife's birthday that was completely ruined. It was unacceptable and I will make sure to tell everyone about this experience. **EDIT - Updating from 1 star to 4 - 07/16/23** We were contacted by Nicole about our situation later the same day. She was extremely apologetic and wanted to find out more information about what may have caused our issue. She was able to book my wife for a message the next day which we appreciated. My wife said the staff (including Nicole) were very apologetic and that she enjoyed her massage. She even received a few gifts as well. We appreciate Nicole for reaching out to us to make this right. "Showed up late, staff was still very friendly & professional. Massage therapist was very knowledgeable with pressure points, excellent amount of pressure, used cbd oil which worked amazingly, and overall I couldn’t complain if I wanted to. My partner & I travel a lot for work so stress and pressure points are very important. Beth & Laura we’re the absolute best. Purchasing the membership for all of our future needs, they have officially Earned our business. Highly recommended, I will no longer go anywhere else. Thank you all very much, you were excellent!"
