"Keri cut my hair twice because it was bad the first time and even worse the 2nd time. I should have never let her cut my hair the 2nd time. From what I was told, Keri is a master stylist who is excellent at cutting short hair in fun progressive cuts. She was so busy running around the salon that she forgot to cut the left side of my hair. I was told that the cost would be $130 when i and it was $180. She did a treatment on my hair without my permission and charged me extra for color because of the thickness of my hair. I chose this salon because of the reputation, location, products, and price. I was disappointed not only in my dissaterious haircut but in the salon as well. I have a bowl cut now! I can not speak for every stylist there, but Keri gets a one 1☆ rating from me with the opportunity to never cut my hair again!"
