"i had an awful experience with Monica, she overcharged me after the service, when i called and told that her the style was flat after an hour she said she'd call back, never did, then we had a plan to redo it and she left me in the store with no explanation of her 1 hour delay. I would never recommend this shop. I tried to work with Monica, as she is the manager too. I am sorry, but the prices are higher than the upscale salon next door at Sip and Dry."
"Jessica cut my hair a month ago and did a great cut. Today it's the worst hair cut. It was to be tight at my neck and stacked in the back. She shaved up my neck and no stacking. She never even showed me the back while I was there. The fairy hair is cute and for that I did leave a tip. Thought I found a great stylist. Won't be back."
