"For a Man ok but if you are a woman. Stay away.. This old guy Ralph is so bad. He knows how to cut hair, I know because he had done my hair several times before, but he turned on me and did a really bad hair cut from the back. Just kept cutting and cutting in the back. It was supposed to be a trim, but he took all volume and butchered my hair into choppy layers like a shaggy Mic Jaggar look., I asked for a mirror so I could see the back and couldn't believe my eyes. He kept pushing at the back of my head like the hair would magically appear again, and I got up and left."
