"Made an appointment in Booksy two weeks ago for a haircut. I show up on the day of my appointment just to find out the hairdresser assigned to me was a no show. The lady that greeted me when I walked in just laughed at me when I told her that I was there to see DMarie. Very unprofessional attitude from the staff, not only because of the no show but because of the way the whole situation was handled. The services you offer may be good but the way you handle issues with your potential clients speaks volumes of your professionalism. Your customer service skills need work!!!"

"Last week, I made an appointment to get my hair done this morning at 9am AND received a text message last night confirming the appointment. I was there on time and the receptionist was about 5 minutes late. Ok, no big deal. Rosie, who was supposed to be my hair dresser was not there. Finally, after 45 minutes, the receptionist told me that Rosie was 10 minutes away. By then I was already heated. So I waited 20 more minutes (1hr and 10 minutes total) and Rosie was STILL not there. I left. Nothing irritates me more than someone who can't commit to their appointments. This would have been my first time here and I was really looking forward to a Dominican salon I could go to regularly. This is an absolute shame. I wasn't offered coffee, or water, or if I wanted to reschedule, nor did they even apologize for the inconvenience. This is BAD BUSINESS practice!! Needless to say, I will NOT be making another appointment there. If anyone out there knows of a good Dominican Hair Salon that is committed to their customers in the Carrollwood area, please let me know. I will take my $$$ there."
