"First time I'd been to Loann's in Tampa and drove from Clearwater. I was greeted by an oriental lady very very nice. I told her I had a 12:30 appointment with Maria. Maria has been cutting and styling my hair for over 25 years. And as far as i'm concerned, Maria is the best for me. Yes Maria, Is is definitely a five star and she works very hard. Customer service excellent"
"I came in to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady who did my eyebrows did not understand nor I think payed any attention to me when I said I wanted to clean them up, instead kept asking me how long was It since I got them threaded. She gave me a new shape and made them really skinny. When I paid she was more worried about if I left her a tip on the receipt or not. I was very unhappy leaving the shop."
"I give an okay. The place is nice the pedicures are fantastic, but the manicures need some work. Lady made my fingers bleed when pushing back my cuticles and filed the nails lopsidedly. Other than that they look good as a finished product."
