"I really wanted to love this place as it’s convenient. My first visit my hair was left very orange. I called the next day and got back in to see my stylist the following week. To my surprise my stylist didn’t even know why I was coming back in and barely had time to get my hair corrected. My stylist says she’s going to “ash” my hair out to even the color. I told her I wanted my hair blonde like originally planned. She said this was the easiest way to get the orange out. I was confused my stylist assured me it would look good. I ended leaving the salon an ashy brown completely different color than I was looking for I’ve never had an ashy color before. I gave this salon one more chance with a different stylist. They were very nice however my highlights were started very low and they did ran out of time to give me a haircut. But it was the unprofessionalism displayed on my last trip there that solidified I would not return is when the stylists started talking bad about other clients as they leave. Please reminder just because a client of very quiet they still have ears and can hear you."

"My hair cut was good but they didn’t style or use and products that I asked/recommended. I asked for a blow out with curled ends and my hair was straight, frizzy, and pretty embarrassing. I had an event that I needed to go to and ended up canceling because my confidence was shot. I know it’s not a high end salon but being charged $60 to not feel your best when you know what you’re asking for is really simple sucks. I still left a tip but I probably won’t go back. First time was awesome this not so much."

"Tim is amazing he has been cutting my sons hair for almost a year I believe and is extremely patient kind and skilled with him. My son has sensory processing issues so getting a haircut is a lot for him but Tim has been such a great stylist and has gradually built his tolerance and we are finally able to use clippers during his appointments."
