"The first time I went to Vanessa and I explained how I wanted My hair, she did not do it correct and I went home and she told me to come backs second time for her to fix it. The second time I came back, I came with photos as well and she still did not do it how I wanted, it was worse than the first time, and when I said something the second time, she was rude. Just be cautious when you go here."
"I’ve been to this salon a couple of times before, today I went and had a hair color, trim and blow dryer. And I cannot believe how much it cost me, I was shocked, I never expected that. That’s was a total rip off. Felicia didn’t even give me a run down of the prices, they deceive you on their prices on line. Beware, make sure you ask first when you get there for their services. I cannot believe, I paid that much, my hair is short and thin. Very disappointment, I’m not going back there ever again that’s for sure!!!"
