"It’s one of those places where they are trying to get you in and out as fast as they can to get more money. Good for people who don’t care about quality and are in a hurry, super bad for those of us who know a thing or two about nails. If you complain and ask them to take more time to do the job right they will cut your services short and say they don’t have time for the rest of your booking. Just awful customer service."
"Simply, every time I go there I regret!! I just go because it is close to my house, but never again. I truly never dealt with rude people like that before. Everytime a different story!! I go to do my nails so I can enjoy. But everytime I just feel bad!! Last time, I had an appointment at 4:30 pm, I arrived even before my appointment. I left at 8 pm without finishing my nails and they asked me to come again next day to finish what I needed. Not worth the money at all because of this bad customer service. I just wish they learn how to deal with a customer!!"

"Really good place! It’s clean and has a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly to. They did a great job. I got a gel manicure, and it turned out beautifully – very neat and professional. Plus, it's been holding up well. they have a ton of polish options and designs to choose from. I spent a good while just deciding on the color! It's reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely worth it for a treat or a special occasion."
"I absolutely love this salon. Everyone who is there is incredibly talented and I’ve never left unsatisfied. Sometimes my appointment lasts longer than expected but that can happen at any salon. My Halloween nails turned out AMAZING! They look better than my photos… Hazel is the best for designs and always matches what I show her."
