"My experience at Flourish Nail Salon was more than disappointing; it was genuinely concerning. The technician's careless cut on my toe, brushed off as a result of my “dry skin” (which wouldn’t bleed if you didn’t cut through), was a painful start. What followed was a prolonged HOUR of being left unattended, bleeding toe and all. The attempt to remedy the situation by another technician, who I think was Tina, raised serious questions about the salon's hygiene practices. The application of what seemed like a makeshift solution had me worried about potential health risks, especially given the known transmission risks of diseases like HEPATITIS B in nail salons. Tina kept brushing off my concerns even showing me a UV Sterilizer they use, but we all know that only an autoclave machine sterilizes tools, which kills 100% of infective bacteria is the only effective disinfectant. Adding to the frustration was the explanation that they couldn't finish my pedicure due to scheduling conflicts. However, the fact that it took them a full hour to attend to another client undermined that claim. The absence of remorse, questionable hygiene practices, and the potential health hazards have left me not just dissatisfied but genuinely alarmed. This is more than just a bad experience; it's a serious lapse in professionalism and customer care. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here and nor will I ever step back into their facilities. I would like to add that May however, who attended my daughter was a fantastic tech, who showed concern to my cut and even did my manicure. If my foot ends up infected due to this incident, there won't be any room for excuses or apologies on my end. The negligence and potential health risks at Flourish Nail Salon are unacceptable, and their business will certainly be hearing from me regarding this serious lapse in professionalism and customer care."

"Staff was very friendly and I was seen almost immediately. Matt did an acrylic full set on me pretty quickly and I was happy with them. May was patient with me and did my pedicure. Overall great experience and the prices were amazing. I’m definitely coming back!"
