"I have been searching for years for an aesthetician who can guide me on proper skincare for my skin type and issues. Other aestheticians I’ve been to would do whatever I asked, even if it’s not what is best for my skin or issues. I’ve wasted thousands of dollars over the years for barely any results. Abby’s consultation showed me she’s very knowledgeable and isn’t willing to just take money for something she knows is not what I should be doing. The consultation had me ready to begin, and I ended up staying for my first facial treatment with her although I only booked a consultation. Not only was the experience so relaxing, but I left with my face feeling lighter and visibly cleaner, with a lovely glow. Two weeks later, I’m still getting compliments on the difference in my skin. I’m already booked for my next appointment and trust Abby all the way to help me achieve my skin goals."

"I booked a appointment through Groupon with beauty care by Abby which had a massage and a facial. I've never had a facial in my life so this was a first for me it was very relaxing and I definitely felt the difference in the texture of my skin after the treatment. Abby was very knowledgeable and her recommendations to me were amazing. Adrian was my masseuse and the massage was absolutely amazing. If I had any recommendations for the business it would only be to soften the lights in the facility and just make it a little more calming and relaxing for your spa guests and robes for different body types. I'm not small spring chicken... I will definitely go back to Abby and Adrian and I highly recommend anyone who wants to treat themselves to try beauty care by Abby luxury spa it was great"

"I'm leaving a review on here because they only seem to contact you when there is a bad rating on here. I've sent a message since Friday and no one reached out to me even though I asked for Abby to call me after the horrible lymphatic drainage massage I'd recieve from someone who has no training in lymphatic massages. I must admit the first massage I recieved was great however the second person they hired was not the same. She was definitely a beginner when it came to lymphatic drainage massages. This was and is one of the worst massages I've had from a company when I reached out at the end to let them know they said Abby was in a massage room and will reach out. I immediately reached out via text messages and no one had the audacity to call back or respond. Hence I'm leaving a negative review due to the expierence I had."

"If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Abby and her team are BEYOND well trained , accommodating, kind, attentive and skilled. I brought my mom here on 5/13/23 for Mother’s Day. I booked the wrong package and mistakenly didn’t book a massage for myself, Samantha went out of her way to make me feel included. She allowed me to sit in with my mom during her facial and talk with her. She was lively, sweet and an amazing conversationalist. After my moms facial she allowed me and my mom to enjoy a foot soak together as an inclusive experience for MY mistake! My mom then enjoyed her massage as I waited comfortably with refreshments while also being checked on regularly. If you come at your scheduled appointment time you will not have to wait. I used a Groupon and that experience was also easy and painless. The entire staff is amazing and efficient I have never experienced such care from customer service before. Abby, Samantha and the rest of the team made this ab unforgettable experience for my mom and I, and I will be coming back next weekend for my own massage! If you’re thinking about coming here DO IT!"
