"Let me be the first to give an honest review since there are none. I am writing this review on behalf of my sister because she is way too nice and doesn’t speak up for herself. She came in with an inspo pic and told them exactly what she wanted. Not only did they COMPLETELY mess up her extensions that THEY recommended she get, but the color looked NOTHING like the picture. It genuinely looks like someone tried extensions and color for the very first time and she was their experiment. With the blowout it looked ok, but once it went down, ALL the mistakes were showing. When we went back to get it fixed, the stylist took no responsibility for her butched up hair, but instead tried saying she just did what the picture showed as if she had no fault. Come to find out, the stylist is the OWNER!! Very embarrassing and unprofessional for an ‘owner’ to not take responsibility for completely messing up someone’s hair and making them cry. I do NOT recommend this place and I will be making sure to spread the word about the terrible service at this salon!!"
