"If I could give zero stars I would! My 10 year old daughter and I went there on Saturday to get our hair washed and blow dried for my birthday. ( My friend that was doing my hair got sick and was going to the emergency room) . I asked if they could do both of our hair and my make up. I washed my hair that morning but my daughter did not! We got a wash and blow out with a little body. When it came time for my make up, they didn’t tell me the girl doing my make up only had 4 colors for eye shadow and went to cvs to get a cover up. Her brush she was using on my face was rough and her colors weren’t to my liking. I looked like a clown so she helped me take it off….fine. Carmen did both mine and my daughters hair. A few hours after we left we started smelling sulfur. At this point their closed and Sunday they were closed as well. I spoke to the “manager “ on monday who wasn’t compassionate in anyway. I asked her for her phone number so I can send her pictures of mine and my daughters hair! Carmen totally burned our hair and killed our curls. My daughters curls start right from her root and now our hair looks dead. After 4 washes and 2 conditioning treatments our hair still smells burnt and like rotten eggs and totally damaged. The manager said nothing other than she had to talk to carmen. I had my cousin call today (Tuesday sept 5th) since I don’t speak spanish fluently and again the manager said she has to talk to carmen. My cousin spoke to the owner and told her what happen all she told her was the most I could do for her is do a deep conditioner and she will have to wait a couple of months to get her curls back. My cousin told her that she has never herd of that, that just with a blow dry your hair will not damage the way it did she just hung up the phone. Fast forward a couple of hours carmen calls back and argues/lies that she didn’t wash our hair when indeed she did!! She denies using any chemicals and refuses to take accountability. She said if our hair is damaged then it’s something at home that I am using! All of the products I use are paraben free, silicone free, sulfur free. The fact they can flip it and make it seem like its my fault when in truth its not my fault!! Mistakes happen, the least she could have done was own up to it but instead she lied and pointed the finger at me and hung up the phone! I would never recommend her or this place. If you have curls dont go to carmen because she obviously doesn’t know what to put in it."

"Worse still place very pricy charge my 7 year old 200 just for Botox mind you it’s a shampoo And then $50 to blow dry her hair not even too her shoulders please be aware too pricy for no reason"
