"I always come here for my salon products. I never use box dyes! Sally's has a wide selection of hair colors for permanent and temp hair colors. Good prices for casual shoppers."

"I love the products at Sally’s they always have great stuff. The employees on the other hand are very rude at this location. They are not well informed on products, and are very unhelpful. My experience has been so negative a few times that it makes me not want to shop at the store even though I like their products. The store had a lot of customers and two employees one was in the back on her phone playing music and sitting down. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. They act like they do not want to be there at all."

"I usually trust the quality of Sally's beauty supplies but today the experience was Unprofessional. It is OK for customer service employees to float around and help multiple customers but when someone is standing at the check out waiting for 25 minutes you need to say,"excuse me, I will be right back". The sun was beating down through the window and I am obviously almost 9 months pregnant with a one year old. Politely waiting and trying to get the employee's attention for 25mins when there are only two customers in the store is poor customer service. Retraining is in order."
