"I booked an appointment which I thought was for today, November 10th at 11:45. I walked in told her I made an appointment for 11:45. She said a different name when she looked at me and I said no it’s Brittany. She said oh wrong person! Okay go ahead and lay down. I told her what I wanted and she went ahead and started doing my eyebrows. She asked me how I booked and I told her on Booksy. As she’s doing my brows she said I don’t think you booked for today. I said what? Really? She said yeah. I apologized and felt so embarrassed but she gladly continued to do my eyebrows. I accidentally booked for November 30th! I’m not even sure how that happened or why I didn’t catch it because that’s a huge difference between days haha. But she happily did my brows and that was really kind as I made the mistake. Also, eyebrows look great and cleaned up. Thank you so much and will be back!"
