"Ladies & Gentlemen, just either go to another Ulta or order on Amazon. This has to be the worst Ulta, I have ever seen. Judging from the reviews, I am not alone. So " Owner" that is replying to everyone yet not correcting the issue please skip a response to this post. This is for the consumers that deserve better service some where else. Older lady and I believe her name is Cythina but she had a manager tag on. She had to be the rudest person EVER. No hello, when you are checking out just what's your phone number? I said, I not registered with you all. Next what's your email? Ma'am, I would like to pay and go. Her response: You need to give me one or the other or you will not be able to return anything here. Her body language was awful, I heard her say this same thing to my older sister that check out before me. Unlike he , I choose to leave my $200 plus items on the counter and tell Ms. Rude Manager to enjoy her products and that it a better way to service the public. If she is the manager than I understand the reviews. Being a District manager, this would not fly with me and if she wanted to come from an angle of what is in for the customers, she would probably have better success. My sister ask a young lady with a mic around her a question, first she was rude but change quickly, said she would check about a product and come back to her, if she check on the product my sister was looking for and came back to my sister than the world ended yesterday! Nothing but deplorable attitudes here. I immediately went on amazon and found most of the products were $5 to $10 cheaper. With brick and mortar having issues staying in business interaction like this will not increase loyal customers but decrease. Skip, Skip, Skip this store...."

"I went to the location on New Years Eve to purchase some perfumes. The white women who worked in the section did not assist me but helped everyone else who came in and was in that section. She acted as if I was going to steal. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience trying to figure out what the best fragrance was for me. Ulta needs better people on the floor who don’t discriminate when it comes to helping others."

"Super disorganized and messy. Boxes of empty products scattered in places. I had a big list of prestige makeup to ask about and nobody was around to ask for help and the only 2 (I think employees) had their backs to me laughing and talking, looked at me and then turned around to laugh and talk. I put a lot of stuff back because I honestly just wanted to leave. Disappointed and I'll just go to another ulta. The cashier was very kind and apologetic and offered to help but I wasn't interested in staying. I did appreciate how sweet she was though"

"My mom and I visited the salon. Melissa was my stylist and Alyssa took care of my mom. They both did amazing jobs. I have found my permanent stylist. Melissa took her time and did an amazing job. Great conversation. Everyone that works there is very friendly Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great hair stylist. Ask for Melissa or Alyssa. My mom is on chemo and her hair is very thin. Alyssa explained what was best for my mom and didn't use harsh chemicals on her. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back in about 5 weeks."
