"I showed up at 5:40 because it said online that they closed at 8:00 on a Saturday evening. They absolutely refused to cut my hair because they said their manager told them they had to close at 6:00, which was 20 minutes away. It doesn't take that long to cut my hair, I don't have much left to cut. I will never, ever come to this Great Clips again. If you decide to go here, make sure you call ahead because they do not follow the hours given online. I am going to be calling and complaining to the manager. I told the young lady that I drove 35 minutes to get here. And this is the closest Great Clips to where I live. I bring my grandchildren here, and my son-in-law comes here. No more. We are switching to Sport Clips. I'm a uber and Lyft driver, and I will be letting my local passengers know as well. I am extremely unhappy about this. I desperately needed a haircut today."
