"We had a great experience when purchasing our sofa set recently. The outside of the building is not inviting, but well worth the time when you enter inside. It is an outlet so don’t expect the fancy staged showrooms-but expect to find the same furniture since they are an Ashley outlet. They had a large selection and we found exactly what we were looking for quickly, and for less than what we had seen in other stores. The service was great, delivery was quick and everything was handled very professionally. Customer service was top notch during the purchase, during the delivery and after the purchase when we had questions. Thank you to Fred and the entire team! We will be back!"

"When I pulled in, it did look sketchy. Went inside and not the most organized, but I’ve never been to a furniture outlet store so I didn’t have much as for expectations. Employees were quick to help and found the perfect couch. Again, didn’t have any expectations nor an idea of what I wanted or what I was looking for. I told them what kind of couch I wanted, the material I wanted and they showed me a bunch of options. They worked with my budget, and for what I was looking for, I got a couch that was hundreds less and more comfortable than what I had looked at at other stores. I will definitely go back if I need more furniture. They were so helpful and I’m happy I took the chance and went. Also, quick delivery and they worked with my schedule. I gave them a date and it went perfectly!"
