"As every body knows harbor freight offers "low" prices equal or higher than home depot or lowes but very poor quality products and they offers also a 90 day return BUT watch out, make sure you keep your receipts or otherwise you will not get your money back. "Made a purchase online one item was not what I expected, when I tried to return it I was told I couldn't because it was web-only purchase. I called the 800 number explained my situation that I drove 30 minutes to return the item. After about 15 minutes the woman Crystal said not to worry about sending it back They would issue a refund She told me to keep the itemO Of course I never got my refund"

"Spent 25 minutes in cash line while the cashier fumbled about on a return. The manager was called out 4 times for corrections. Each time he looked at the line up and ran back to his office. Several customers behind me threw their potential purchases in the boxes near the cash and left. Finally a second very effective cashier came to help. The manager should focus on customer service as I believe sales pays his wage!"

"I have only ever had one bad experience ever with harbor freight and that's been a long time ago because the people who were supposed to help load the item told me it wouldn't fit and watched me load the tool cart in my car by myself. It fit and I had to lift the heavy item myself but I am pretty sure those goons no longer work there cus I've had zero issues since."
