"Mimi’s is such an absolute gem. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the super friendly and attentive service, every aspect of our visit was delightful. We ordered two ham and cheese croissants and the gentleman at the counter was so kind as to heat them up for us so we could eat them in-house. We also ordered a cheese danish, which was delicious and perfectly flaky with a hint of lemon; a small cake, and a loaf of italian bread to bring home. What's even more impressive is the reasonable pricing for such high-quality treats. This bakery is sure to become a beloved local fixture and is the perfect addition to Lake Wales. I’m looking forward to making Mimi’s a regular stop in our routine."
