"This location usually has the items that I'm looking for in stock, although always low in quantity. The employees are nice and helpful..I always feel good walking in because they're so pleasant. The negative here is the parking, it's very limited due to such a small lot that is also shared by two or three other popular businesses that are in the same location."
"Truly excellent customer service. The store was very busy when I came in, but all shoppers were greeted and assisted with warmth and patience. I didn't think that I needed help with my shopping, but the gal at the register asked me quick, careful questions about my selections - and ended up steering me towards better (and in some cases, more affordable!) selections. Gave great guidance about how to use what I'd purchased, and encouraged me to stop back in and let her know how it went... Overall, really impressive service!"
"Great store. Good customer service. Open promptly at 9. Much help about products and what to use. I've been dyeing my roots when all I needed was a pigmented hair masque for color maintenance. I'm so glad the workers are so knowledgeable about the products, or else I wouldn't be able to do my hair myself."
