"The owner was nice but my friend and I got pedicures done here and that was not a deluxe experience at all. They made the top of my toe bleed and just put it back in the water when it bled, and also were sharing drill bits on another customer and me, dirty drill bits and dirty tools. My cuticles were not cut, and they were not transparent about the price at all. The station was filthy and I am someone in the cosmetology industry and I will say if state board came in, there would definitely be issues. Then we got greeted by a younger girl for checkout, and she tried to charge us for a paraffin even though we didn’t get the paraffin wax, and when I addressed it, she had a nasty attitude and started storming off and yelling on the phone and gave me and my friend an attitude and eye roll. Would not recommend"

Tracy is such a sweet person, takes her time in getting to know you and takes into consideration what your liking or requests are for your nails. This is my second time with her and I will be back."
