"Incredibly disappointed in my son’s botched haircut. Literally told the lady not to touch the top and to just fade the bottom because he is growing out the top. On the way to the bathroom I noticed she was chopping the top off I asked her to stop touching the top. When I came out of the bathroom she was still messing with the top. I then went back up front and told the blonde because clearly the lady cutting his hair didn’t care how we wanted his hair done. I then looked closer to notice that she didn’t edge his sides or even fade it correctly. Pretty sure the girl didn’t even go to cosmetology school. Lydia came over and was helping and ended up fixing the fade, but now my poor son has to grow his hair out all over again and is literally in tears over his haircut. What’s even worse is the lady that started the haircut had no empathy and seemed like she didn’t even care. If you can’t do a simple fade on a 12 year old you probably shouldn’t be cutting hair. Be warned done get your hair cut by the lady with fried purple hair on the left hand side next to the shampoo bowls."
