"Hello former customers, This review is from Olivia letting you know with my deepeest sympathy that the company decided to lay me off. In a meeting with my management requesting more leadership training and staffing the discussion was not in my favor. Happily, it has been my pleasure to work with some wonderful clients and stylist. I have no ill will towards the company. The goal for me was to maintain consistency along with a positive atmosphere within the salon. The remaining staff will continue to maintain your style. "My boyfriend comes here to get his hair cut by Olivia. Olivia always takes her time and is very thorough. Although appointments are supposed to be 30 minutes, they usually last longer, because she wants to make sure that your hair is the way you want it to look! Very friendly staff too! Don’t schedule an appointment if you NEED to be in and out…again they want to cut your hair well!"

"Jessica was fabulous! Made my appt online, arrived about 10 min early, greeted warmly! It was busy but not crazy...Jessica was finishing up with another client. Then it was my turn. I had booked cut, color, foils because I wasn't sure what could be done nor what colors would look best. Jessica took lots of time going over colors and skin tone and making sure that I was on board with the plan before she started. Then the cut...brought a sample pic and said that I wanted to work towards that style...she made it happen! We had a nice time chatting the whole time...shop was busy with lots of little boys getting haifcuts..everyone was great with them..Jessica blew out the cut and I loved it! Will be back to see Jess for all my hair needs...it's so hard to find someone that you can trust and that gets you....I had my last stylist for 11 years before relocating up here. Thanks so much Jessica!! You've just gained another permanent client!!"

"Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. Waited 15 minutes and then was told that they were "running behind" and I would have to wait another hour and ten minutes. The waiting area had only 1 other person, with the same appointment time, who walked in after me. Didn't offer to reschedule or give me any other options. So I left and drove home, checked the website, and of course there were openings for that same time. I guess they just didn't want to cut my hair at a hair cuttery?"
