"Janice is the absolute best, I am so happy I found her! She truly is a blonde expert and always has my best interest in mind. She takes her time and gives her expert advice in all things hair, even after hours. The salon is clean, modern and overall great atmosphere."
"First I had to wait 45 minutes for the stylist who had not arrived. I asked for a specific hair color and just got black not the color I asked for and showed her on the phone to be clear. I got a simple coloring and got charged a premium for it and it was not even the right one. I paid for child haircut $50 and it was not done evenly and it looked terrible. Lastly in less than three weeks I have white hairs again as long as 1 inch which does not mean grown it means poor job. The people were very nice but the work was terrible."
