"I have always hated getting my hair cut because I never feel like anyone gets it right so I go like 6 months between. I randomly decided to get a haircut from Michelene at one point and I'll never go to anyone else again. I receive an amazing haircut every single time and she's such a fun person to sit with and talk. I finally feel comfortable getting consistent haircuts and it's all thanks to her."
"They have experienced hairdressers who do a good job. Unfortunately, mine was only available on weekdays, so I got a Saturday appointment. I basically had my hair fried in foils by an inexperienced hairdresser to the tune of $300. Months passed and last week I paid the experienced hairdresser $200 to “fix” my damaged hair as best she could. I guess it was beyond help. She cut it shorter to remove the severely damaged ends. They are so high priced and fancy yet I don’t feel very pretty… I wear a pony tail every day and just hide my hair. For me not worth the higher price tag."
