"had ordered a prime rib thru this market and confirmed with 2 store employees it would be available for Christmas. I was called today to be told that I was mistaken and that as a small business specialiIzing in meat when they say Prime rib (even when specified that I wanted that grade and 7 bones) it was my fault I wasn't clear enough. I was told the price had doubled. I asked to talk to the owner who wouldn't even listen to me and hung up on me for not understanding how two of his employees gave me wrong information. I was not asking for anything for free only that they honor the price two separate employees gave me after being very specific. I was yled at a d hung up on. Most people just buying hamburger there will likely never have an issue but those looking for knowledgeable and kind customer service should support a different business. This owner probably treats his employees the way he treated me."
